Returns

Return Eligibility 

  • Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. 
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return. 

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions within 2-3 business days. 
  3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging. 

Refunds 

  • Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. 
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. 
  • Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your cardholder's policies. 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Deduction for Shipping Costs: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Exchanges 

Exchange Eligibility

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible. 
  • Different Item: If you need to exchange your item for a different one, please contact our e-mail with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange.

Exchange Shipping Costs
